Code of Conduct
Progression
All teammates are recommended to attend as many of the Beginners and Foundations classes as they can. Beginners classes only require gloves, Muay Thai shorts, and a gym shirt for basic technique work. Foundations classes require the same plus shin guards for partner drills. For more info and recommendations on gear, see our guide to Muay Thai gear.
Teammates looking to progress into Advanced Classes will need to have a solid understanding of all of the material above and be able to demonstrate it with proficiency in shadow boxing, bag work, pad work, and partner drills.
